Sound familiar?

Access to a tool is not the same as knowing how to use it.

Teams often need shared examples, working practices and space to ask detailed questions.

Usage is uneven across the team

Some people experiment confidently while others are unsure where the tools fit into their work.

Technical teams lack shared working practices

Developers may use different tools and approaches without a common view of review, testing or information handling.

People want help moving beyond a first demo

Founders and operations teams may be able to prototype quickly but still need guidance on scope, limitations and safe next steps.

Leadership needs a practical overview

Decision-makers need enough context to ask useful questions about capability, cost, risk and organisational impact.

Three tracks

Pick the track that matches the room

The format is adapted to the people attending, their existing experience and the decisions or tasks they need help with.

AI-assisted development for engineering teams

A practical session covering agent workflows, review discipline, testing and appropriate guardrails.

Vibe coding for founders and operations teams

Guided exercises with tools such as Lovable, Replit, Codex or Claude Code, including how to evaluate a prototype and plan its next step.

AI briefing for leadership teams

A plain-English overview of current capabilities, limitations, business considerations and common risks.

How it works

Understand, tailor and deliver

01 / DISCOVER

A conversation to understand who is attending, what tools they use and what the session should help them understand.

02 / TAILOR

We adapt the examples and exercises to the audience. Client material is used only when it is useful and explicitly agreed.

03 / DELIVER

The session may combine explanation, demonstrations, discussion and guided practice, in person or online.

FAQ

FAQs about AI training

Straight answers to the questions most commonly asked.

What is the maximum group size? ⌄
Group size is agreed based on the format. Smaller groups allow more guided practice, while briefings and discussion-led sessions can accommodate a larger audience.
In person or remote? ⌄
Both. Sessions can run in person in Melbourne and Victoria or online for teams elsewhere in Australia and overseas. The format is adjusted for the delivery setting.
Do we need accounts or licences before the day? ⌄
Requirements depend on the session and tools being used. We confirm any account, software or access requirements before the training.
Is it only about Claude? ⌄
No. Claude is one of the tools we use, but sessions can also cover ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Cursor and other products where relevant.
Can we combine tracks? ⌄
Potentially. If different groups need different levels of detail, we can discuss a suitable sequence and scope.
Can the training focus on our work? ⌄
Yes. Examples and exercises can be adapted to your team's roles, tools and common tasks. Any use of internal material is discussed and agreed in advance.
