Claude Code

Ship Claude Code projects with production discipline.

Claude Code can move mountains locally. Production needs pipelines, infra, secrets parity, migrations, monitoring, and rollbacks so shipping stays boring in a good way.

Common gaps

Why "works locally" fails in CI and prod

The gap between a fast dev loop and repeatable delivery is tooling and guardrails. We close it methodically.

Implicit dependencies and brittle CI

Environment variables, file paths, and missing packages show up once tests or builds run somewhere other than your laptop.

No staging safety net

Shipping straight from dev to prod magnifies regressions. A staging lane with parity catches issues earlier.

Auth bolted on late

When authentication is patched in after core flows exist, subtle authorization bugs creep in. We harden systematically.

Operational visibility

Error tracking, metrics, uptime checks, and log retention are how you reduce mean time to recovery instead of guessing.

Why Rollout Labs

We live in pipelines and infra

You keep building features. We make delivery measurable: tests, infra as code posture, deployments, observability.

  • CI/CD workflows that newcomers can extend without tribal knowledge.

  • Database migration strategy paired with rollback thinking.

  • Monitoring you can rely on during launch windows.

How it works

Three steps. Clear outcomes.

The scope and timing depend on what the review finds and what you need help with.

01 / AUDIT

We assess what you have

A focused review of the app, its setup and the concerns most relevant to its users and intended use.

Scope confirmed first
02 / LAUNCH

We harden and launch

We agree and deliver the priority improvements, which may include access, deployment, data handling or operational setup.

Timing based on scope
03 / GROW

We can stay involved

Additional development, maintenance or technical advice can be agreed after the initial work.

About Rollout Labs

Meet Deniz Veli

Founder, Rollout Labs

Deniz Veli
I know what it takes to go from prototype to production, because I've done it myself.

I have over 20 years of engineering experience scaling software for global brands including Etsy, Centr by Chris Hemsworth, iflix, Woolworths and more. I've led engineering teams of 30+ people, shipped to millions of users across the globe, and navigated everything from Stripe billing to ISO-27001 certification.

At Rollout Labs, you work directly with an expert who brings that experience to the practical decisions in your project.

FAQ

FAQs

Straight answers to the questions most commonly asked.

Do I need to have already built my app? ⌄
This service is primarily for apps that already exist, built in Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Claude, v0, Cursor or similar. If you have not built yet, we can discuss whether a focused custom build or training session is a better fit.
Is my Lovable (or Replit / Bolt) app secure enough for real customers? ⌄
It depends on the app, how it was configured, the data it handles and who uses it. Areas worth reviewing commonly include authentication, permissions, secrets, logging and data access. Our free audit can run automated checks, while an expert review considers the findings in the context of your app.
How do I move my Lovable app off Lovable onto my own hosting? ⌄
The path depends on how the project is configured. It may involve exporting the code, setting up deployment, reviewing the Supabase project, configuring a domain and managing secrets. We first review the current setup, then scope the migration or improvements that are appropriate.
Can you stay involved after the initial review or improvements? ⌄
Potentially. Ongoing development, maintenance or technical advice can be scoped separately based on the app and the level of support you need.
How much does it cost to make a vibe-coded app production ready? ⌄
Our free audit provides automated findings. Expert review and implementation work are scoped to the app, its intended use and the issues that need attention. Contact us for an estimate and expected timing.
How fast can we get going? ⌄
Timing depends on current availability and the scope of the app. We confirm an expected start date, review points and delivery timing before work begins.
Do I own everything when we're done? ⌄
Ownership and access are agreed as part of the scope. Where practical, repositories, cloud services and related accounts are set up in your name, with documentation and handover responsibilities made clear.
What if I'm not technical at all? ⌄
That is fine. We explain findings and trade-offs in plain language, and identify where a decision needs additional technical, legal or operational input.
How is ongoing support arranged? ⌄
The scope, availability, response expectations and notice period are agreed before ongoing work starts.
Where are you based? ⌄
The Rollout Labs team are based in Melbourne, Australia. If you're local we can meet for a coffee. If not we work globally too.
