Deniz Veli
I know what it takes to go from prototype to production, because I've done it myself.

I have over 20 years of engineering experience scaling software for global brands including Etsy, Centr by Chris Hemsworth, iflix, Woolworths and more. I've led engineering teams of 30+ people, shipped to millions of users across the globe, and navigated everything from Stripe billing to ISO-27001 certification.

At Rollout Labs, you work directly with an expert who brings that experience to the practical decisions in your project.

We help businesses build better software and make practical use of AI. Depending on what you need, that can involve hands-on technical work, advice or training, all led by an experienced software expert.
Who do you work with? ⌄
We work with founders and business teams that need help evaluating, improving or building software and using AI effectively. Most clients are in Australia, and we can also work remotely with overseas clients.
Can you build something from scratch, or only fix existing apps? ⌄
Both. Reviewing and improving AI-built apps is an established part of the work. We can also scope focused internal tools, integrations and automations when existing software leaves an important gap.
How much does it cost? ⌄
Cost depends on the scope and uncertainty involved. After the initial call, we provide an estimate before work begins. Clear projects may be fixed-scope, while uncertain builds are usually better delivered in phases.
How fast can we get started? ⌄
We confirm availability during the initial call. The written scope then sets out the expected start, delivery timing and review points before work begins.
Do I own everything when we're done? ⌄
Ownership and access are agreed as part of the scope. Where practical, repositories, cloud services and related accounts are set up in your name, with documentation and handover responsibilities made clear.
Where are you based? ⌄
Melbourne, Australia. Local clients are welcome to meet in person for a coffee, a whiteboard session or an on-site workshop. Everything is also available remotely across Australia and internationally.
